• The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Items damaged due to customer mishandling
• Customized, made-to-order, or personalized items
• Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable
• Used or opened items (especially home decor sensitive to hygiene, such as cushions or fabrics)

🔁 Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for eligible items if:

• The item received is not what you ordered
• Size, color, or design is wrong (based on product listing)
• If the exact replacement is unavailable, you may request a store credit or refund.

💰 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will:

• Approve or reject your return based on condition
• Process the refund to your original payment method or via bank transfer/JazzCash/Easypaisa
• Refunds are typically issued within 7 working days after approval
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

🚚 Return Shipping

For returns due to damage or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable courier service.
